Hello Match Lovers! Welcome to MatchHeadlines.com

Welcome to my new blog, MatchHeadlines.com. This is the third blog I am opening in under two years.

I have opened Amamatazgist.com, TheApexInfo.com, and SportsFanArena.com. I opened all of them on WordPress, and I found it very difficult getting Google AdSense approved on any of them. Let me tell you the full story.

Amamatazgist.com: Where It All Started

With Amamatazgist.com, I was confused about what I was doing. I was blogging on all topics and it was really exhausting. Like really, really exhausting. And on top of that, a lot of my friends kept telling me they never liked the name Amamatazgist. The pressure was there for me to change it. Coupled with the bad news constantly coming out of Nigeria, my mental health was being affected in a way I could not ignore. So I decided to change the name, and that was when TheApexInfo.com came in.

TheApexInfo.com: A Name Change That Changed Nothing

I changed the name to TheApexInfo.com and was still blogging about general news. But the problem remained the same. There was not a single day I saw good news about Nigeria. If they were not killing, they were bombing, burning, stealing, or defiling minors. Bad news every blessed day. At a point, I became afraid of even going outside or traveling. I saw the country as a totally destroyed nation.

One night, after blogging about terrorists attacking the military in Borno, I sat down and had a serious conversation with myself before I slept. That night, I made a decision. I told myself I must stop blogging on general news. My mind was made up.

The only problem was that the name TheApexInfo.com no longer represented the new niche I was aiming at. So I started searching for a new name. And finally, a friend gave me the name SportsFanArena.com.

SportsFanArena.com: 5 months and Still Rejected

With SportsFanArena.com, I decided to go into sports blogging and talk about anything related to sports. That was where another mistake was made. I was blogging about all sports every single day. I blogged for more than five months straight, focusing solely on sports reporting.

Then, for no clear reason, Google AdSense refused to approve my blog.

I became highly frustrated. Yes, I know Google AdSense is not an automatic money machine, but being rejected more than ten times was truly frustrating.

To make matters worse, hackers were trying to access my account more than 20 times a day. Whether they were bots or real humans, receiving over 20 threat alert emails daily for an entire month (about 600 emails per month) was extremely draining. And it happened for more than three months.

And no! I was not idle. I was also fighting back by changing passwords and installing security plugins. But still, the problem persisted.

Believe me, it was really frustrating.

MatchHeadlines.com: A Fresh Start on Blogger

So I decided to give another blog a trial. This time, I moved completely away from WordPress and tried Blogger.com. And that is how MatchHeadlines was born. Even though I may cover other sports with time, my primary focus here is football. Match previews and match roundups first. Everything else comes after.

As for moving back to WordPress, of course that will happen one day. But for now, I need to build this blog first. As for SportsFanArena.com, I will be maintaining it until MatchHeadlines becomes visible. Truth is, as of today, February 28, 2026, I am yet to buy the domain name MatchHeadlines.com. I do not even know if it will be available by the time I have the money to fully purchase it. But I am pressing forward regardless.

I pray this blog becomes my final bus stop and helps me achieve my goals in the blogging community. Because I truly, genuinely enjoy blogging with or without Google AdSense. I just know that my hustle will pay off one day.

I Also Write Books

One more thing before you go. I write all kinds of books. Fiction, religious, and any other kind you can think of. Be expecting to see my books here as I will be going into online publishing before the end of March 2026.

Please visit this blog constantly and stay glued to it. If MatchHeadlines does not give you something to talk about, my books definitely will. Believe me, one way or another, you will find something here worth talking about.

Thank you for reading.
