Transfer Deadline Latest: Fulham Eye Real Madrid Midfielder as Everton Pursue Multiple Deals

Transfer deadline day is almost here, with the summer window closing at 11pm tomorrow and clubs across the Premier League racing to finish deals before then.

Fulham are working on a move for Real Madrid midfielder Manuel Angel, 22, who has represented Spain at U20 level. Angel played against Manchester City in last season's Champions League and made seven first-team appearances under Alvaro Arbeloa, who has since become Fulham's manager. Fulham have already brought in two other players from Real Madrid this summer, Gonzalo Garcia and Cesar Palacios, both also connected to Arbeloa's former club.

At Everton, Jack Grealish looks set to return on loan from Manchester City after spending last season there. Talks over a permanent deal are also reportedly on the table.

Everton striker Beto is expected to complete a £15m move to Fiorentina today, with the striker traveling to Florence to finalize the transfer. Everton are also busy elsewhere, with a loan approach in place for Monaco's Folarin Balogun and ongoing talks with Tottenham over a £25m deal for Richarlison that could rise to £35m with add-ons. Separately, Everton and Spurs are discussing a possible £60m transfer for Iliman Ndiaye, though the Senegal international has turned down several contract offers from Everton over the past year. Everton are also close to sealing a £9.4m deal for Fulham full-back Kenny Tete.

In Italy, Juventus have proposed a loan deal for Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee, offering a £2m loan fee with an option to buy for £26m. United, however, want the option turned into an obligation to buy at £30m. Juventus are also weighing up a possible loan for Newcastle striker Nick Woltemade.

More developments are expected throughout the day as the deadline approaches.
