Pedro Neto Ties Down Long-Term Future at Chelsea With New Deal to 2032

Chelsea have confirmed that winger Pedro Neto has put pen to paper on a new contract that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2032.

The Portugal international, who joined from Wolves in August 2024, has racked up 108 appearances for the Blues in just two seasons, chipping in with 40 goals and assists combined along the way.

Neto has been a key figure in some of the club's biggest moments recently. He played a big role as Chelsea won the UEFA Conference League and the FIFA Club World Cup in 2025, even scoring three goals during the Club World Cup run.

He has kept that form going this season too. The 26 year old already has two goals under his belt, the latest coming on Wednesday when he struck to help Chelsea complete a stunning comeback against Leeds in the Carabao Cup.

Speaking after signing his new deal, Neto didn't hide his excitement.

"It's an unbelievable moment," he said. "From when I arrived, I have always felt like the people here helped me a lot. I feel like home here, I feel like I want to achieve more things here."

He added: "I have had some good moments here as a group and as an individual, and now I want to have more of those moments. I'm really excited because I think we can achieve a lot of things together."

Since arriving from Wolves, Neto has become a regular fixture in the Chelsea side, helping the club win two trophies in his very first season. Along the way he's produced some standout moments, including his first Premier League goal for the club against Arsenal and a dramatic late winner at Fulham that proved crucial in Chelsea's push for Champions League football. That goal at Craven Cottage was later voted the club's best of the 2024/25 season by fans.

What makes Neto especially valuable to the squad is his versatility. He's played comfortably on either wing, through the middle as a false nine, in the number ten role, and even at wing-back, giving the coaching staff plenty of options.

With his future now secured for years to come, Chelsea will be hoping Neto's best moments in blue are still ahead of him.
