Real Madrid have named their squad for Tuesday’s La Liga trip to Elche, a game seen as a routine assignment for Los Blancos but one that carries added importance as they look to build momentum ahead of Sunday’s Madrid derby against Atlético Madrid.

The squad includes goalkeepers Courtois, Lunin and Sergio Mestre. In defence, Real Madrid have called up Asencio, Huijsen, Trent, Konaté, Cucurella, Á. Carreras, Rüdiger and Dumfries.

The midfield options are Bellingham, Camavinga, Valverde, Tchouameni, Arda Güler, Bernardo and Thiago, while up front Real Madrid have named Vini Jr., Endrick, Mbappé, C. Espí, Brahim and Yan Diomande.

Kickoff at the Martinez Valero Stadium in Elche is set for 20:30 WAT, on September 15.
