Transfer News: Bayern Eye Dani Olmo, Man United Track Joaquin Seys as Chelsea and Liverpool Monitor Key Targets

Bayern Munich are reportedly eyeing a January move for Barcelona's Dani Olmo, while Manchester United are keeping an eye on Club Brugge left back Joaquin Seys, as the latest wave of transfer rumours does the rounds.

According to Sky Sports, Bayern are lining up a possible move for Olmo as they prepare contingency plans amid rising interest from rival clubs in both Jamal Musiala and Michael Olise. Bayern have long tracked the 28 year old, going back to his time at RB Leipzig, and he's currently valued at around €70 million. Olmo won the World Cup with Spain this summer, and Barcelona could be open to selling him as they look to raise funds for a potential move for Julian Alvarez from Atletico Madrid.

Manchester United, meanwhile, are showing interest in Club Brugge's 21 year old left back Joaquin Seys, according to TEAMtalk. United scouts were reportedly at Brugge's recent 3-0 win over Genk, where Seys picked up two assists, as the club looks for defensive cover for the 31 year old Luke Shaw. United missed out on their main summer left back targets, Nathaniel Brown, who ended up joining Bayern Munich, and Newcastle's Lewis Hall, who signed a new contract instead.

Elsewhere, Chelsea are said to be leading the race for Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott should he become available in January, according to the Daily Mail. Scott has impressed for the Cherries this season and recently earned a call up to Thomas Tuchel's England squad for the Nations League, though Bournemouth are reportedly holding out for a fee of at least £100 million.

Liverpool are among seven Premier League clubs monitoring Lyon midfielder Tyler Morton, according to TEAMtalk, with the 23 year old academy product potentially in line for a return to Anfield. Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace, Brighton & Hove Albion, Newcastle United, Sunderland and Everton are also said to be keeping tabs on him.

Chelsea's deadline day move for Monaco's Lamine Camara fell through after Monaco chose to keep the 21 year old, but the Daily Mail reports the two clubs could revisit a deal in January on improved terms, with Liverpool also said to be interested in the Senegal international.

In other news, four Premier League clubs including Chelsea are reportedly looking at Manchester City defender Abdukodir Khusanov. Internazionale are keeping a close watch on Roma midfielder Alessandro Romano, currently impressing on loan at Cagliari. Liverpool are unlikely to open formal contract talks with goalkeeper Alisson Becker until later in the year, leaving open the possibility he could leave for Juventus on a free transfer.

Giorgio Scalvini's new contract at Atalanta running to 2031 hasn't cooled interest from Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea. Alejandro Garnacho's loan move from Chelsea to Aston Villa does not include an early recall or exit clause.

Juventus are scouting Sassuolo's Darryl Bakola along with four Brazilian targets for their midfield. Free agent goalkeeper Neto is close to joining Juventus on a deal through June 2027. Manchester United are finalising a deal for 16 year old winger Isaac Konde from Liverpool's academy. And Bologna are working on a new contract for winger Federico Bernardeschi.
